Do not share links to files containing sensitive information, or folders containing sensitive information. Anyone, WASART-member or not, can use those links.
Instead, we share access person-by-person to those authorized to access the files or folders. This requires you have a Dropbox account of your own. In most cases a free account will do. See Dropbox at WASART for other options available.
This page includes the following:
- You’ve been given access to a folder – The steps to take when you’ve been granted access to a WASART folder, and where to find it in your own Dropbox.
- You were previously given access, but can’t find it – If you were given access to the folder in the past but don’t see it in your dropbox, where to look and what to do.
- You’re the person granting access – The steps to give someone else access to a specific folder.
Be sure you are signed into your own Dropbox account.
